All items are subject to availability. If an item sells out after you place your order, we’ll notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete information. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or exceed reasonable personal use quantities.

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after shipping
• Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 business days after shipping

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once items leave our warehouse, responsibility for lost/damaged packages transfers to the carrier. Please inspect deliveries immediately and report any issues within 48 hours.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they’re unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Non-returnable items include:

• Hair accessories (hygiene reasons)
• Fascinators (unless faulty)
• Hats (unless faulty)
• Final sale items

5.2 Return Process

Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and return details. US customers receive prepaid labels; international customers ship to our Anchorage address.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returns. Original shipping costs and customs/duties are non-refundable.

Free exchanges are available for size/color changes (you pay only new shipping if upgrading). Subject to availability.
